2021 is the Marvel year! Unlike last year 2020, there hasn’t been much happening in the Cinematic Universe, but this year got for fans Deadpool.
Kevin Feige, the head of Marvel Studios has announced that the hero’s next movie will be rated R. Also, Disney has earned rights to the mouthy mercenary.
In interviews ahead of the Disney+ premiere of WandaVision, the latest update came from Collider. The producer also revealed about Deadpool 3 and announced that Ryan Reynolds is assisting with the script.
Feige said, “It will be rated R and we are working on a script right now, and Ryan’s overseeing a script right now.”
Further, fans were also given an update on the shooting of the sequel; with Reynolds and Feige wanting that they get Deadpool’s entry into the MCU rightly.
“It will not be [filming] this year. Ryan is a very busy, very successful actor. We’ve got a number of things we’ve already announced that we now have to make, but it’s exciting for it to have begun. Again, a very different type of character in the MCU, and Ryan is a force of nature, which is just awesome to see him bring that character to life.”
With the confirmed news fans are excited to witness Deadpool enter the MCU. Isn’t that some great news?
